How to use
* As a wipe-off toner: Soak a cotton pad with the formula and wipe out your skin, starting from the center outward.
*As a patted-on toner: Apply an appropriate amount directly to your face and pat lightly for absorption, which will bring a refreshing hydration to the skin.
