How to use
- Use with makeup remover cotton: apply a small amount of toner to the makeup remover cotton, gently wipe all over the face from bottom to top and from the inside out.
– Do not use makeup remover cotton: put a small amount of toner in the palm of your hand, apply and pat evenly on your face and then continue with the next steps of care.
