How to use
Lifening Active Energy Shot: Dosage: Take 1 sachet daily. Preparation: Mix 1 sachet with 250-300ml of water. Consumption: Stir well until fully dissolved and drink immediately.
Lifening Reset Vitamin & Omega 3: Take 1 packet (1,800 mg) per day with water. We recommend that you create your own intake routine by taking it at regular times. You can take it after dinner or before going to bed.
